Every price below is a complete, final package price for your vehicle type - not a starting bid. If a filter turns out too damaged to clean, we'll explain that in person and quote a replacement instead - never a hidden add-on to the cleaning price. Rates are set per location - labor rates and local costs differ.
Short on cash right now? Payment plans are available right at the shop through our financing partners — ask us at drop-off. Subject to approval.
Not sure what you need? A $120 diagnostic tells you exactly what's wrong - and it's credited in full toward any full-service package.

Don't guess about what's wrong. We find the actual cause before you spend money on cleaning or a new filter.
We identify the likely cause of the DPF-related problem.
We determine whether cleaning, repair, or replacement makes sense.
You get a clear recommendation before any major work is performed.
Diagnostic: $120 - credited in full toward any DPF service package. We'll help identify what's causing the problem - we don't promise to fix a derate sight-unseen. If, after diagnosis, you decide not to move forward with any work, the $120 applies as a diagnostic fee.
You've already done the hard part. Drop off the filter - here's what cleaning it costs.
You don't have to take our word for it - every filter gets a documented Flow Test before and after. (Real before/after shop photos to be added - not stock images.)
Just bring the filter in during shop hours — Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. No call required.
Can't get here? Ask about pickup & delivery — we'll come get it and bring it back.
Discounts up to 20% for independent shops and fleets that send us regular volume. Tell us how many trucks and how often - we'll call you back with a rate, not a generic quote.
Tell us how many trucks and how often — takes under a minute. We call back with a rate.
Call to AskOBD scan and visual inspection (tailpipe, clamps, sensors) plus a baseline bench Flow Test pinpoint the problem. You get a written estimate before any work starts.
Filter comes off and goes through a full defect check - oil, coolant, DEF, damage - so we know it's a good candidate for cleaning, not just cleaning it blind.
Every filter starts with a pneumatic blast to clear loose soot and ash. If deep ash remains, we follow with a hydro wash, a furnace bake, or both - whatever it actually needs.
Before/after airflow and weight readings, documented and logged to your service record - the proof it's actually restored, not just guessed at.
New gaskets, leak test, OEM adaptation reset, and forced regeneration bring the system back online - then one more OBD check before you leave.
Pay, take the keys, and go - road-ready, often the same day.
This is our standard filter-restoration process. If we find something outside the exhaust system itself - a DEF/SCR or NOx-sensor issue, or an engine-side cause - we'll walk you through it and quote it separately before doing any extra work.
In the shop, DOC means Diesel Oxidation Catalyst. At DPF Doc, it also means who we are. Like a specialized doctor for your truck's emissions, we don't do general repairs. We cure aftertreatment issues. Fast, accurate, and professional restoration - every single day.
Downtime is lost revenue. Same-Day service gets your truck back to work instead of sitting in a queue for a week.
We restore your filter to 90–95% of factory condition - a fraction of the cost of a new OEM unit.
No deletes, ever. Every job comes with a Flow Test report - your proof of work if it's ever questioned.
Every truck at DPF Doc goes through the same documented process, no matter who's on the bay that day - full backpressure diagnostics, thermal and pneumatic cleaning, and a documented Flow Test on every filter. It's not one person's judgment call; it's how every job gets done, every time.
Bring your truck in and you're working with a team that built this process from over a decade in the bay - not a call center reading a script.
No - clamps are priced separately and quoted at check-in, not baked into the flat-rate. Here's why almost everyone says yes to new ones: a clamp that's already been used once tends to lose its seal when it's reused, no matter what shape it looks like it's in - and that often shows up later as exhaust smoke or a leak. If that happens with a reused clamp, it falls outside our cleaning warranty. New clamps are what keeps the whole job covered. About 99% of our customers choose new clamps once we explain that - it's a small add at check-in, but it protects the work we just did.
No - any brand meeting the 32.5% urea standard works the same; premium DEF doesn't perform any better. Sealed at room temperature it's good for about 1–2 years, roughly half that in a hot garage, and about 3 months once opened.
We'd strongly recommend against it - a power washer can physically destroy the ceramic honeycomb inside, and even plain water without pressure can turn ash into a hard, cement-like clog. If you need to get moving in a pinch, compressed air only, then bring it to us to do it right.
If it's asking more than once, or it's becoming a regular pattern, that's usually a sign it's time for a DPF cleaning. If we check it and the filter comes back clean, we'll also look at whether an ECM calibration issue is behind it.
No - we operate strictly in EPA compliance and don't perform or offer emission deletes. A $120 computer diagnostic finds the real cause instead of just hiding the warning light.
Any vehicle type qualifies for Same-Day for a $200 add-on, subject to daily shop capacity. The one thing that can push a job to Next-Day is the filter itself - if it comes off heavily clogged, it may need more time than a same-day slot allows, regardless of truck type.
That's the engine computer protecting itself from a serious aftertreatment fault - usually a clogged DPF, a failed regen, or a DEF/NOx system issue. We run full diagnostics on the exhaust aftertreatment system to pin down the actual cause before quoting anything, rather than assuming it's automatically the filter.
30 days or 15,000 miles on the cleaning itself, as long as the filter's ceramic core is intact and there's no undisclosed underlying engine issue. We stand behind the exhaust-system work we do - the filter, its seals, its flow. If the root cause turns out to be engine-side (oil or coolant reaching the filter, for example), that's flagged and discussed with you before we start, and it sits outside the cleaning warranty.
Every filter gets probe-tested before any cleaning starts. If the ceramic core is cracked or burned through, cleaning it isn't safe or reliable - we'll tell you before doing anything and quote a replacement instead of charging you for a clean that wouldn't hold.
Yes - a $150 CARB Compliance Test confirms your truck meets emissions standards, useful if you're heading into California or dealing with a weigh-station inspection.
