Welcome to dpfdoc.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

This Site is operated by DPF DOC Holdings LLC, which owns the DPF DOC brand. Service at each location is provided by an independent operating company, each an authorized DPF DOC service center operating under license from DPF DOC Holdings LLC.

References to "we," "us," or "our" below mean DPF DOC Holdings LLC with respect to the Site itself, and the relevant operating company with respect to service, invoicing, and warranty matters for a specific location.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to help you learn about DPF, DOC, and SCR filter cleaning and related diesel aftertreatment services, and to request an appointment or a quote. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.

2. Pricing and Estimates

Prices, packages, and turnaround times shown on the Site (including "Flat-Rate Package" pricing) are general starting points for common configurations. They are not a final quote. Your actual price and timeline depend on your vehicle's condition, make/model, and diagnostic findings, and will be confirmed in a written estimate before any repair work begins. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work at a stated price.

3. Appointments and Booking

Submitting the booking form or calling a location (including through our AI phone assistant) sends a service request to that location's operating company — it does not by itself confirm a reserved time slot. The operating company will contact you to confirm a drop-off time. Same-Day service availability is subject to daily shop capacity and vehicle condition; we will tell you if your vehicle does not qualify for Same-Day service when you book.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and the "DPF DOC" name and logo are owned by DPF DOC Holdings LLC and its licensees, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or use third-party services — for example, our CRM and scheduling platform, our AI phone assistant provider, and payment processors used at the time of service. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

6. Franchise and Business Opportunity Inquiries

Any information on the Site about franchising, business opportunities, or expanding the DPF DOC brand is general information only and is not an offer to sell a franchise. Any offer to sell a franchise will only be made through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in compliance with applicable federal and state law. If you contact us about a franchise or business opportunity, we will follow up directly — no franchise, license, or business opportunity is granted or offered through the Site itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Warranties for actual repair work performed at a DPF DOC location are governed separately by the written estimate and service documentation you receive at the time of service, not by this Site.

8. SMS Messaging Program

DPF Filter LLC (operating as DPF DOC Dallas) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers who have provided explicit opt-in consent via our website booking form.

Program Service updates, appointment confirmations, vehicle-ready notifications, estimate approvals, storage fee alerts, and — where separately consented to — promotional offers and Preventative Care Club communications.
Opt-In Check the SMS consent box on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may request service by phone or in person without providing SMS consent.
Opt-Out Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

Frequency & Rates Message frequency varies by service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Carrier Liability Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction SMS opt-in is available to individuals 18 years of age or older only.
No Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPF DOC Holdings LLC and the operating company for the relevant location are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
